What is on the sheet?

The table includes Item, Quantity, Date frozen, Use first, and Location. A freezer-location line helps distinguish a kitchen freezer from another unit. Use the notes area for your own reminders or a key to drawer and shelf names.

How to use this printable

  1. Start with a quick check of each freezer shelf, basket, or drawer.
  2. Write one item per row and use consistent units such as bags, portions, or containers.
  3. Record a date from the package when known; leave it blank when uncertain.
  4. Adjust quantities as you use food, and review the sheet before making a shopping list.

Keep the list useful

Choose short location codes such as Top drawer or Left basket. The Use first column is for your own reminder, not a food-storage safety deadline. Keep package labels and follow appropriate food-storage guidance when deciding how to handle an item.
